"Replacement Remote Order Experience"
I placed an order for the exact replacement for my faulty Samsung TV remote, which I've had for 9 years, but instead received a different one. This new remote had a significantly shorter range and was pretty sluggish. So, I decided to give it another shot and this time got the right replacement, and it works like a charm. Honestly, I didn't even feel like returning the wrong remote.

"Terrible shopping experience!!"
So, even with all the good reviews you might come across, I gotta say this is current as of December 2, 2022. Their online card payment system is totally broken, and when I tried to reach out to their helpline at 0871 268 2656, it was disconnected! What a fantastic way to manage a business, right? No message or anything on the site, just a complete mess. This company is hopeless, steer clear, folks!

"My parcel went missing with Royal Mail"
Sadly, my remote control got lost in the Royal Mail system, and to make matters worse, it was the final one available at Foxtek. Since they didn’t have anything else that would work, Foxtek promptly issued a refund for the remote. I must say, their customer service was super quick and really helpful all the way through.

"Great deal on Samsung remote!"
I got the Samsung remote and it’s a solid value. It showed up fast, but I gotta say, it’s not as quick to respond as the original. Plus, a few buttons are missing those little bumps that help you locate them easily. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Big shoutout to Foxtek for helping me track down the TV remote we were after. I placed my order online on June 7, 2021, for a fair price of £9.95, and they even threw in free shipping. It showed up safe and sound on the morning of June 10, 2021, and just needed a couple of batteries to get it going. It's been working like a charm ever since. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!
